  • 1 pineapple
  • 150 g coconut
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 orange
  • ½ lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • 500-600 ml coconut water


  • Peel the fruit, chop roughly and place in a blender. Add the honey and coconut water, the amount of liquid depends on the desired consistency.
  • Switch on the blender, puree and pour the smoothie into glasses.
