This drink is not only very tasty, but also very healthy and not only a real vital substance bomb as a breakfast.
I would like to mention only a few effects of the fruits here. For example, pineapple is considered a good source of vitamin C and is particularly well-known for its digestive enzyme called bromelain.
Bananas are rich in vitamins and minerals, have an antioxidant effect and strengthen the immune system. The fatty acids in coconut help lower cholesterol levels.
Caribbean Dream Smoothies
- 1 pineapple
- 150 g coconut
- 2 bananas
- 1 orange
- ½ lemon
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- 500-600 ml coconut water
- Peel the fruit, chop roughly and place in a blender. Add the honey and coconut water, the amount of liquid depends on the desired consistency.
- Switch on the blender, puree and pour the smoothie into glasses.
