Smoothies is a US term for a cold mixed drink made from fruit and vegetables. In contrast to fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies use the whole fruit, sometimes also the peel.

The great thing about smoothies is their versatility. It is a matter of taste which fruits and vegetables you try. The result will be mostly tasty and always healthy.

Today I would like to introduce you to a variant that my family loves. We like to drink this variation, especially because of the spices.

5 minutes of work and long-lasting enjoyment and health, because turmeric increases well-being and strengthens the immune system and cinnamon promotes digestion and regulates blood sugar.

Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Smoothiefor breakfast with bananas and passion fruit and the spices turmeric andcinnamon: healthy ingredients, excellent taste.

  • 2 bananas (small)
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1/2 orange
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 200 ml water


  • Peel the orange and lemon, cut into large pieces and place in a blender. Wash the raspberries and add to the citrus fruits. Halve and scrape the passion fruit and place in the blender.
  • Add the water and the spices. Finally, to keep them from turning brown, peel the bananas, break them into large chunks and add them to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture until you have a smooth drinkable smoothie.
